I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
To look at your face in the mirror and not recognise who you've become.
To be consumed with feelings of grief, shame and unworthiness, not knowing what's next or in which direction to head.
For years, I looked outside myself for validation, approval and a sense of worth. I measured my value by how well I performed and whether I was “good enough” in the eyes of those around me.
True healing didn’t come from fixing what was on the outside. It came from the courageous journey within.
I’m a certified Life Coach, Master Grief Coach and Relationship Coach. I’ve chosen Self-Recovery Coach as the title that best reflects the full scope of my work - because it not only honours my own journey, but also captures the essence of what I offer my clients.
My coaching is rooted in over a decade of personal recovery, spiritual growth and the transformative lessons I’ve learned through profound loss and ultimately finding myself.
If you’re navigating grief, experiencing a life transition, or sensing it’s time for change, this space is for you.

While recovering in hospital after our accident, I often lay staring out the window, imagining a little boy and a wolf meeting under the trees outside. It was a friendly wolf and that image brought me deep comfort.
Later, through creating SoulCollage® cards, the wolf kept appearing. What began as a symbol of protection grew into something more.
Wolves are seen as teachers and guardians, representing intuition, loyalty, courage and freedom. They remind us to trust ourselves and stay true to who we are, especially in challenging times.
The wolf embodies the kind of coach I strive to be: intuitive, loyal and grounded in strength and spirit - a gentle reminder that I am never alone, and neither are you.

I started studying for a B.Ed with the hope of becoming a teacher, specialising in Special Needs Education. So much of what I learned about preparation, patience and meeting people where they are still shapes how I work today.
I find gardening therapeutic and don’t mind getting my hands dirty - I just wish I could keep all my plants alive!
I seem to attract hand-me-downs - furniture, books and clothes - and love exploring thrift shops for hidden treasures.
“Trust the process” is more than a mantra for me - it’s a way of life. If you’re reading this right now, I believe you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
